Bringing a start-up fintech’s vision to life.
We started working with Macrovue in its initial days as a new fintech startup. The company director’s had an ambitious vision – to bring international shares to a country that had a tendency to only invest locally, through thematic investing.
Until our involvement, Macrovue was focused mainly on the engineering of its innovative investment platform, but lacked strategy on who their target market was, and how they could reach them. They dabbled in channels that did not reflect the behaviours of their target market, nor did they communicate their value proposition well.
We worked with them to identify their target markets – high net worth individuals, SMSFs, and advisers who could utilise their investment platform to buy international shares with ease on behalf of their clients.
Backed with intel, we created summaries for each portfolio that showed the historical performances of portfolios, the composition, and the investment strategy.
Working with their tech team, we assisted with UX and UI on the investment platform and developed a comprehensive automated customer journey, trigger by actions and events, to optimise engagement.
We also developed their website and enlisted SEO experts to maximise returns on paid and organic social channels.
In financial services, where large sums of money are at stake, it’s important that there is a consistent look and feel to the brand to differentiate against fraudulent copycats. We created comprehensive brand guidelines and rolled this out across their business.
