Three Property’s branding, systems and website didn’t reflect the company they had grown into. Their website lacked consistency. Furthermore, their property management division was spending unnecessary hours posting rental properties to multiple platforms which meant updates had to be handled multiple times.

We redesigned their visual identity to better reflect their innovative approach to building and property management.

We redeveloped their website and integrated it with a leading property management software which provided them with the ability to centrally manage their properties on the market and distribute listings to domain and realestate.com as well as their own website, with a click of a button.

We are currently working with Three Property to standardise their operational procedures which will enable them to grow while ensuring they maintain a high level of customer service.
