Essence first approached Home by 5 to get assistance with tenders. As a reasonably new company in a competitive field, winning tenders was a high priority. After a few months following pre-existing templates, we approached them with an alternative design and method that increased readability, provide a more contemporary visual identity, and saved vast amounts of document management time – allowing more time to focus on communicating their value proposition.

Following this success, we rolled out a new website applying the refreshed visual identity to create a sense of continuity between existing and new clients.

Lastly, we redefined their Employer Value Proposition to attract top talent,  developed an ESG framework to stay true to their company values, and are currently developing a long-term communication strategy for their social media channels.
