A large painting business that was going through a stagnant growth phase approached Home By 5 for marketing assistance.

We were initially engaged to assist with new leads, however, upon reviewing their sales funnel and customer experience journey, we unveiled a number of opportunities that, once corrected, would allow continued growth. Areas we assisted with included streamlining pricing, creating a systemised sales funnel, and revising sales documentation to increase conversions from leads.

The brand’s visual identity was also in need of a refresh. Their logo wasn’t appropriately designed for digital use, their documentation was too cluttered making information hard to digest, and their website and Google Adwords were not producing results.

We gave the 3 Colours visual identity a new life: a refreshed and simplified colour palette, a new imagery style, language and typography. We also redeveloped their website optimising SEO, socials, Google Adwords, and created content that drives traffic based on keyword research.

Results

• Within a week after launching the site, their first signed-off lead resulted in a $120,000 project
• Within 4 months, one article, produced by Home by 5 was read more than 9,000 times.
• Sales grew 25% in the year following their re-launch.
• In just 12 months, we catapulted 3 Colours’ website from page 6 obscurity to front-page stardom on Google for their most crucial keywords. They leapt from position 56 to the top 10, dramatically boosting their visibility to potential customers
