Incorporating 40 years of expertise
into a future-focused brand
Founded in 1983, Warren Smith Engineers cultivated a reputable standing in the engineering sector over forty years. Yet, the company’s visual identity and brand proposition needed to be more relevant, particularly among younger demographics, including potential clients and talent.
By designing a contemporary aesthetic that embraced elements of the brand’s heritage and articulating a fresh value proposition, WSce seamlessly blended its profound legacy of expertise with a vibrant, forward-looking brand identity. This strategic repositioning affirmed its status as a frontrunner in the Australian engineering sector, poised for leadership well into the future.
We introduced a contemporary aesthetic through the use of vibrant, contrasting colours alongside black and white visuals, and applied an industrial style to photography, injecting new life into the brand.
We supported WSce in refining the language to sound professional yet approachable. From employee onboarding documentation to modern slavery statements and sector-specific capability documentation, our designs and writing kept the core values and ethos front and centre across all communication touchpoints.
